Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 18, 2026
1. Who We Are
These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by:
Go Génie Orga, SARL 6 Guern An Guellec 22160 Plusquellec, France SIRET: 94158629900013
Contact: gauthier.lazaro@genie-orga.fr
By engaging Go Génie Orga for a motion design or filmmaking project, the client agrees to the terms below. Specific project details (scope, deliverables, pricing, rights, and timeline) are defined in the individual quote ("devis") provided for each project, which forms part of the agreement alongside these Terms.
2. Quotes & Payment
Each project begins with a detailed quote outlining scope, deliverables, and pricing.
A deposit, specified in the quote (typically between 30% and 50% of the total project cost), is required to launch the project.
The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final work.
Invoices are payable within 30 days of receipt.
3. Cancellation
If a client cancels a project after it has started, the deposit already paid is non-refundable. This deposit covers the time and resources committed to launching and beginning work on the project.
4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
The specific usage rights and ownership terms for each project (including the final video, any assets created, and how they may be used) are defined in the individual quote for that project.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Go Génie Orga reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and on social media, as examples of its work, for promotional purposes.
5. Music & Voiceover
Music used in productions is licensed through Artlist under a subscription held by Go Génie Orga, which covers client usage of the final delivered video. Voiceover options (including AI-generated voice, such as through ElevenLabs, or a human voice actor) are defined on a per-project basis and specified in the quote.
6. Revisions
Each project stage (concept, storyboard, style/animation) includes two rounds of revisions. Once a stage is validated by the client, the project moves forward to the next stage. Additional revision rounds beyond what's included may be scoped and quoted separately.
7. Timeline
Project timelines are estimated in good faith based on the scope defined in the quote. Delays in client feedback may extend the overall project timeline; at this time, no penalty applies for such delays, though timely feedback is appreciated to keep the project on track.
8. Limitation of Liability
Go Génie Orga's liability under any project is limited to the total amount paid by the client for that specific project. Go Génie Orga cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as loss of business, revenue, or opportunity) arising from the use of the delivered work.
Note: this clause is a common standard for service agreements of this kind, but we'd recommend having it reviewed by a legal professional before publishing.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of Go Génie Orga (Plusquellec, Côtes-d'Armor) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Note: we'd recommend confirming the exact competent court (commercial vs. civil jurisdiction) with a legal professional, as this can depend on the nature of the client (business vs. individual) and the specifics of the dispute.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. For any active project, the terms specified in that project's quote take precedence.
